Booking your tickets has never been easier! In addition to postal and telephone bookings, you can now buy your tickets for our major shows at the Empire Theatre online through this website. Our secure payment system offers convenience and peace of mind.
Orders placed here online will not be subject to any additional booking fees.
How and Where To Purchase Your Tickets
1) ONLINE BOOKING
Please complete the online booking form, and submit your order.
2) POSTAL BOOKING
Please complete the booking form on the reverse of our fliers or alternatively state your requirements in writing, and send it to our headquarters. Address given on our Contacts page.
3) TELEPHONE BOOKINGS
Please telephone your requirements to our headquarters, and speak to a member of our Ticket Team, or leave a message on our answering service. Our contact number is 0151 666 1200.
4) THEATRE BOX OFFICE
In person at the Empire Theatre Box Office.
DELIVERY
Please allow 14 days for postal delivery of tickets.
REFUNDS
In line with Theatre policy, we regret that once tickets have been booked, money cannot be refunded.

Ticket Prices and Concessions
Centre Stalls (A) - £20
Side Stalls (B) - £18
Front Circle (C) - £20
Middle Circle (D) - £18
Rear Circle (E) - £12
Please note: only one type of concession allowed per ticket
Senior Citizens - £3 reduction on Wed Evening and Sat Matinee.
Children - £12 any seat, any performance.
Students (16+) - £2 reduction, any seat, any performance.
Family Ticket - £48 for 2 adults and 2 children (circle only), any performance.
* Wheelchair user - Free attendant seat with full price wheelchair ticket.
* CC Card holders - £2 discount for Thurs, Fri and Sat Evenings (direct Theatre Bookings only).
* Groups 10+ - 1 extra seat for every 10 full price tickets purchased (ie. 11 for the price of 10).
* School Groups 10+ - £10 per child, 1 adult free for every 10 children ('Circle D' only).

Group Bookings
Group Bookings are those consisting of 11 people or more.
For every 10 full price tickets purchased, you receive one extra free seat. ie. 22 for the price of 20 etc.
