Purchasing Tickets...
1) Online Booking via Credit / Debit Card
You can purchase tickets via this website for the majority of our shows. Please use the link from the right-hand side, and select the show that you are interested in.
Payment can be made securely online via credit or debit card, and tickets will be posted out to you within 14 days.
2) Postal Booking
Our printed fliers have a booking form on the reverse, which you can complete and return to our headquarters, along with a cheque or debit/credit card details. Alternatively, state your requirements in writing, and send it to the address given on our Contacts Us page.
3) Telephone Booking
You can telephone us on 0151 666 1200, and speak to a member of our Ticket Team, or leave a message on our 24hr answering service. Tickets will be posted out to you within 14 days.
4) Theatre Box Office
For our Liverpool Empire & Floral Pavilion shows, tickets can be purchased directly at the theatre's box office.
REFUNDS
In line with Theatre policy, we regret that once tickets have been booked, money cannot be refunded.

Adults: £22
The following concessionary prices are also available:
Senior Citizens: £20 (only on Tue and Wed evenings and Sat matinee)
Children (under 16): £14 (any performance)
Students (16+): £20 (any performance)
Group Bookings...
Group Bookings are those consisting of 11 people or more.
For every 10 full price tickets purchased, you receive one extra free seat - ie. 22 for the price of 20, etc.
These group concessionary tickets cannot be purchased online. Please apply to our Ticket Team on 0151 666 1200, and they will be happy to help with your enquiry.
